Camille Beil, Irish Society's Entrant into Queens Contest

Ladies and Gentlemen, and Friends of the Irish Society

After some libations and coaxing the other night after the Grand Marshall's Reception, I have found a lovely entry for us to sponsor for this year's St. Patrick's Day Parade Queen's Contest.

(My niece, Annie Hohlt, had just been snatched under my own eyes from the Sons of Ireland....I had to double-down!)

Her name is Camille Beil, and her mother, Gina Pizzini is the editor of Up Close Magazine of Ft. Bend County and a friend of the Kearns family.

Camille is an accomplished local country/folk singer, and her mother and sister Madelynn are both very excited about her entry.

I told Camille to just take the mike by the horns and sing to her heart's content...much like my sister Maureen who won the contest in 1986 as an entry for my brother Rory's Local Charm bar.

She sings at the Turquoise Grill in Sugar Land.

Please come out to support our Parade Queen Contestants tomorrow night at Griff's at 7:00 as they vie to represent our fair city in the Spirit of St. Patrick.

Slainte,

Neil Miggins
