Haak's kitchen will be open, serving a menu of 'Celtic food' ($5 to $12). 
Wine will be available by the glass or bottle, and everyone will get a complementary taste of Madeira.

About the CD, First Steps
Fifteen tracks of traditional jigs, reels, slides, polkas, and songs (with a bluegrass number thrown in, since we ARE from Texas).
