SCOTLAND'S HERITAGE, VOL. 1 (DVD): HUGH MORRISON
"A musical journey through Scotland's splendid scenery, starting at
Tighnabruaich and ending with the Highland Fling at the games in Attadale,
visiting, among many others, Glencoe, Ardnamurchan, Glen Shiel and
Plockton." The music of HUGH MORRISON is featured on tracks 4, 5 and 6!
Dianna's Note: This is a beautiful and relaxing video; you can put it on
and just enjoy the wonderful music and/or watch the images of Scotland -
makes me want to pack my bags and head for the airport :-) It's also good
for meditation, as a travelogue and would be a wonderful video for those who
have booths at highland games and festivals and want to play a
representative sample of Scottish music and scenery.
Cost $24 US; for more info see Hugh's page at
http://www.hughmorrison.co.uk/public/news_item.php?item=newsfile37
which states:
"This DVD is formatted to play in any DVD player/computer.

SCOTTISH MAYHEM: LARS, BRYAN & JIMMY
Welcome back Lars, Bryan and Jimmy...
Reunited again as Scottish Mayhem!! Visit the website for more information
www.scottishmayhem.com
Scottish Mayhem consists of Lars Sloan, Bryan Blaylock and Jimmy Mitchell,
all former and founding members of the Scottish Rogues. With Six Grammy
Award Nominations, they have been entertaining fans all over the world since
1995. Their unique style, original music and energetic stage shows are what
allow them to break the boundaries of traditional Celtic music and entertain
even the harshest critics. The versatility of the band and their show allows
them to do acoustic performances at Renaissance festivals or small pubs as
well as non-acoustic performances at larger venues. They have made music
with Clint Eastwood, Robert Duvall, Jane Seymour, Kevin Costner, Tom Hanks,
Ron Howard, Former President George Bush, Prince Charles and many others.
Most of their music is original tunes written by Lars or Jimmy.
