Celtic Chorus Wake for Richard E McGinty & Fundraiser for Richard D McGinty at Griff's
Hello...I am so devastated. I've been a long time friend of Richards and I didn't even know he had left us. As recently as Feb we had exchanged emails. We were both avid poets; Uncle Marty and I encouraged him in his efforts years ago, were were both devotees of music and the promotion of...my voice, of course, was not in the category of Richards but we admired the same music. I was very proud to have known Richard and shared a bit with him. I also was grateful that he had the love of his life with him. I remember so vividly the photo scrapbook with poetry he put together for her. I am sad, sad, sad, as I was visiting in Laredo at this time and could very well have paid my respects.
