Due to unforseen circumstances, Tommy Makem will not be able to attend the 16th Annual Celtic Nations Heritage Festival. Andy M. Stewart will be playing the opening concert on Friday night, joined by the Makem and Spain Brothers. The Makems have graciously agreed to play at the concert in place of their father. The tradition continues...." Friday, October 13 at the Rosa Heart Theater in the Lake Charles Civic Center $25 Per Person Your ticket entitles you to entrance to the Festival on Saturday and Sunday Tickets available at the Civic Center Box office and at the door.
